Civ 5 subscribed mods not downloading

I've "Subscribed" to the mods (As workshop has no "Download" In Civ 5 you have to go to the mods area in the game in the main menu (under multiplayer) and that should download the mods. It's not very well presented.

16 Jul 2012 I can't be able to download all the mods I subscribe on Steam EDIT: Removing the game and deleting the Civ5 folder in MyGames, then

You should now be able to browse all the mods available on the Workshop. 2. it wont work please help me on the details on how to do it.. i have subscribed but i cant see it on my mods!!!
